Thought it was about time I submitted a new screenshot of my desktop. The background tends to change every week or so but is usually the same clean style so that it does not clutter my desktop items. Along the bottom you can see the software I use most often (various browsers, design software, etc.). Macs rule!I'm also a neat freak when it comes to my file structure, every file is always in its proper place and jump starts from the folders you see on the top right.

Mah brother! ;D Can I ask what what machine runs that? iMac G5? Power Mac G5? I have this lovely iMac G5, I have always been with Macs (thanks to my parents, they have their own... umm, firm?), and we have about 14 macs around, 7 in home and 7 in job. I could not swap in to PC's.

I have an older Mac that I bought when I started college for Graphic Design. It's just an eMac 700, 512MB RAM, basic stuff. Waiting until I settle into my place before I buy myself a new Mac and a new PC (for gaming, etc.).

hi webPhix, nice desktop.. but wtf, MSN Messanger?! Download Adium, now (thats an order!), its so far superior that its stupid.
One more thing, how come you have a slightly different Word icon than I do?

So yeah, very cool desktop. I too am a neat freak. I think Mac's are very well engineered as far as computers go. Now i cant go buy a mac b.c i just love all my software (Sims2) and i don;t want to go buy the mac version of everything. I know they have programs out now that can make mac use windows software but i've used that on a G5 and it seriously slows the computer down. Why get a mac when you can make windows look like it for free? Anyway, rambling on as usual; you asked where could u find my Tux Peguin background and i really dont remember. It is 1024x768 though. True, running PC software on a Mac really bogs it down. Within the next couple months I plan on getting a PC once again for gaming and other such things but keep the Mac for design.

I dunn know about macs ruling. They are pretty...but dose Deviant look all funny on the newest operating system. Cause I am on my school mac right now and it is messing it up royal..its running 8.6 but even the new ones on my campus cant seem to handle the code properly.

The older versions of the OS are kinda scary, I was a hardcore pro-PC user my whole life but now I doubt I would ever go back to them.
