PS. The design of Shampoo's hairstyle did inspire my Sailor Moon fan character, Jeannette Xiao who has the same hairdo as Shammie. Only she wears it as a blonde and is part French. I did tinker with my fan character from time to time.

That is one sexy Shampoo and I have great appreciation for art styles such as yours. It's simplistic, yet it's clear that you put a good bit of effort into it. I am the same way, I do the absolute best I can, working within my level of skill (which is probably about average by Deviantart standards)

It sure looks to me like you're doing fantastic so far with Paint Tool Sai, so don't sell yourself short, all right? Practice makes perfection and so far you're on the right path in my humble opinion to become an even BETTER artist! Well I'd say your practice session here paid off. Shampoo is done wonderfully here, both in the line art, and in the colouring. You might want to clean up a bit of the colour that 'leaks' off of Shampoo's shin though.

The remainder of the scenery is somewhat dull, but then again, the focus of the picture is Shampoo.
