BAHAHA. I hate this stereotype in yaoi. This is actually the reason people hate yaoi but not gay stuff in general; something I didn't realize until I studied it a bit further.
I don't mind if they look "girly", but if they're also walking pussies or something..yeah. No. If the uke is going to look girly, at least give him an attitude sour enough to scare away professional wrestlers FFS 
It's also got something to say about the author's idea of gender dynamics when the uke is basically a stereotypical girl with a penis. :/

Like, reallyreallyreallyreallyreally girly. To the extent that you're wondering if it's actually a guy. And it's not just his looks, either. He's like "Ooooh seme-san, look at the kitties! Awww will you buy me one??" -puppy dog eyes ensue, and of course (generallyfail) seme is like "omg my uke is so cute must buy him kitty"-
Etc. They're also made to be ridiculously innocent at times, not realizing what they say/do can be taken sexually. And they blush on about every page.
