Flarotect (From FLARE and PROTECT), the Fighting Streetlight Pokemon.
Even after evolving from Magnesius, Flarotect refuses to leave the house it guards. Flarotect has an amazing ability to burn evil ghosts on the walls both inside and outside a house, without the building even capturing fire.
