This was made completely from scratch! So, what do you guys think? Comment on any changes I could make to make this better, feedback always helps!ΒEdit: Thanks to Fable-Amare for pointing out some flaws in the shading. It has much more accurate shading now.

I based this off of the original undertale sprite. I didn't see any stripes. That's also how I draw Frisk and Chara; stripes only on the body, not the sleeve parts.Β
It also doesn't have any sleeves on the fangamer statue, which are basically the most canon designs we're gonna get of them unless Toby says otherwise.

Actually, in the sprite of Asriel and Frisk hugging its shown that Frisk has stripes on the sleeves too. But Chara doesnt, as you can see in Asriel's memories

Eh, whatever, maybe I'll make an alternate version with the stripes someday, but for now, this'll be based mostly on how I draw the characters and partially on the original sprites.

It looks really neat, but I think you got carried away with your shading, especially with the hair and head. I'd use less colors personally, but the biggest issue is that there are no shades on the bottom of the hair where the head would cast a shadow.
So yeah, less colors and more reserved shading would improve this quite a bit. Lineart is solid though, 10/10 there.
