hi!
so, i had this idea to do a raffle adopt once per month, in order to get my name out there a bit more! this is the first of these raffle adopts - a cute lil luvdisc x eevee, just in time for valentines day!

rules:
-my TOS must be followed
-specifically, you may not sell this adopt unless you have gotten it extra art. breaking this rule will result in a reminder to not sell it (unless extra art), failure to take it down will result in blocking
-do not follow + unfollow just for this raffle! i would much rather people who are interested in my work in general enter the raffle
-no whining, begging or complaining
-do not make extra accounts to enter. if i roll for what i suspect is an extra account (i.e. a very empty account) i will likely reroll
-you must be a follower on TH/dA to enter. new followers are welcome and encouraged!
