Just to clarify, this is not the original sprite, because the original was never made.

This here is one of the many concepts I had for Sepsis! I spent quite a while jotting down ideas in an old notebook, and this notebook lay neglected for well over a year until I found it again yesterday, and took a look through it. After that, I decided to remake this particular concept into a sprite!

According to my notes, this concept for Sepsis was described as 'Suffering the effects of an infection. No eyes, and a bladed tail.'

If you think that sounds familiar, you're right! A lot of these features ultimately ended up in Organon's design, including his signature tail blade and bleeding eyes. However, this concept for Sepsis lacks eyes altogether, and simply bleeds from orifices that resemble eye sockets. Since I only ever wrote basic information for this concept's design, I have no idea as to what his attacks would be.
