Description
New minor roleplaying character.Daisuke was supposed to become a dove, but bailed halfway through and became a model instead. He had the physique, but not the discipline or will to follow through. He just wasn't cut out for the job.

Dove? ovo
And concerning our rp is it okay of me to askΒ if you've lost your interest? I don't know if you haven't replied out of tiredness or don't feel like it, but if it so happens that you wanna quit I just don't wanna force you to continue. >m<Β

Well uh, I'm going to use him in a roleplay based on an anime, where "dove" is sort of a title... Not gonna bore you with details. xD
Remember how I said I was in the middle of moving? Still am. I've had so much to do lately (cleaning the apartmeent, packing things, helping a friend with her wedding...) that I haven't been able to roleplay or draw like usual. All the drawings I upload, I've been saving them for moments like these when I don't have a lot of time to be active...
I'll have more time to be active later on in december, things should go back to normal then!

Sorry for my assumptions then. Have been in situations like that myself, so I wanted to make sure just in case.Β >m<
But good luck with the progress of the moving and helping your friend with her wedding. Looking forward to having you back. ^^

Aw! Love this.Β
Can I ask for some tips on coloring skin? Of course, I want to draw people, but I can Β never get the shading quite right. Thank you!

Thank you, I'm glad you like it!
I'm not usually the one to give advice, byt rather ask for it... But I'll do my best. xD I usually pick one major and one minor source of light (in this case, it is slightly backlit from the right, with a major source of light to the left). Stay true to them, and don't be afraid to experiment with color! I pick a base color, often in a layer of its own, then I use transparent brushes in different peach and beige and orange shades, that way it won't look as flat. And maybe even yellow or red, depending on the light I want.
I'm not that good at explaining, but I hope this makes at least a little sense to you!

Nice! What a great example of a three quarter view or whatever it's called. I can never do those! Good job

Thanks! Three quarter view is actually my default face angle when I draw people. xD
