I was the exact opposite. Me and my brother both laughed our butts off when Bad Cop basically draws his good personality back into existence. Such a smart idea and very well-played in the context of the movie..

That being said, I really enjoy this concept of him being this goopy inky thing and love how multiple people used this idea.
