Description
This unfortunate butterfly was stuck to the sand at the shoreline. I gently picked it up and let it dry on my hand. As it was cleaning its self, I noticed its proboscis lapping at my thumb. It isn't every day you get licked by a butterfly!

I couldn't resist; it was lying on the sand with one leg feebly twitching. Poor little fella. Seemed okay when it flew off though, if a little sluggish. :3
