This is why they're always laughing.
Last May I captured a series of shots of a laughing gull pair interacting. The sequence of poses ended up looking like one bird was telling the other a joke, with them laughing hysterically. Thus this meme was born. The joke was something I saw on Facebook. I am just not a writer, and it is only occasionally I can come up with something like a funny caption.
