Description
Fishing dragons hibernate for most of the winter, and come spring they are eager to get active and return to their warm season routines. Assuming the fishing and foraging are good, they can indulge in play and novelty seeking behavior and clearly show their joy in the season of rebirth and growth.

The usual traditional media, ink and markers. The clouds were touched up a bit digitally in GIMP.

Update: Also digitally edited the colors of the teeth, claws, and the corners of her eyes. The eyes had colors from bordering areas bleed into them a little and it made them kind of dull. The teeth and claws needed color adjustments because of both bleeding and the fact I didn't have the right color among my markers and used a slightly darker shade, so they were both darker than I intended. The teeth in particular were a problem, because it was looking like she needed some dental attention!
