I love the touch of the mouse's tail sticking out of the glass. Never imagined snakes in this manner.

i didnt notice the mouse in the glass at first but when i did i laughed. its clever. nice little tie to. good work.

That's fabulous ^.^
The linework is awesome, you're clearly someone who knows their snakes. The shading on the lower body is a little rough, and takes away from the picture some, but since the general focus is on the upper half of the image, it's not too detrimental.
I love the tail on the glass, it looks fabulous, and the mouse' position in the glass is great. Very inhuman. It was a good choice to personify the snake, but not the mouse... maybe it was later in the party, when his tie was askew and his cravat partly unbuttoned, that he began trying to eat the rat maitre des... ^.^;

I used to have a ball python too-- also a girl-- her name was Annie ^.^
They're beautiful snakes, but I digress, the picture was amusing to view, so a comment seemed much in order ^.^
