Evil looking dragon, or umm demonic dog-wolf thing, the face kinda throws me off, but I think it's a dragon.
The gold collar kinda clashes with the black don't ya think?

Weeeeeell, It's a persons character so I can't really speak for them. For the collar, I think it gives a nice clash, though it would work better if the eyes were gold too. But, very nice character nonetheless
