Waluigi is great. He would have to be my favorite "Mario Universe" character. The reason behind this, is because,Number 1: he's just kewl, look at 'im.
Number 2: his whole existance is a joke, it's hilarious.
I use him in any game I can, 'cept Mario Tennis, I use Boo there.
Mario Kart DS rocks btw, though online play can be very frustrating, 'cause you can be half a lap in front, but weapons can help you swap places withlast place in an instant.

He's not playable in Brawl. I've been discouraged ever since.
But he is also my favorite, for numerous reasons, one of them being that I'm told I resemble him. (tall, lanky frame with a big nose and mustache).

They've sure gotten plenty creative with this guy, even without his own game.
Personal favorite example: Mario Power Tennis.
