Waluigi is great. He would have to be my favorite "Mario Universe" character. The reason behind this, is because,Number 1: he's just kewl, look at 'im.
Number 2: his whole existance is a joke, it's hilarious.
I use him in any game I can, 'cept Mario Tennis, I use Boo there.
Mario Kart DS rocks btw, though online play can be very frustrating, 'cause you can be half a lap in front, but weapons can help you swap places withlast place in an instant.

Waluigi is really an awesome character. He's tall, looks cool, is in Mario Party 8 really a gentleman and he would be a better villain than Bowser. Unfortunately people hate him for not good reason. Nintendo should use him more, especially for main Mario games, like Wario in Super Mario 64 DS. Waluigi is number one.

Umm... Nobody knows where Waluigi Came from, like with Wario. We don't know where they came from. Waluigi was made for a purpose; to be a companion and partner for Wario. Here's something interesting; Nintendo didn't make Waluigi by themselves. A Camelot employee named Fumihide Aoki conceived to Nintendo to create a Doubles Partner for Wario for Mario Tennis(Nintendo 64). Shigeru Miyamoto thought that since Wario rivaled Mario in shortness and chubbiness, Wario's partner should rival Luigi in Tallness and Skinniness. Nintendo and Camelot gave the name of this Special Character, which would be Waluigi. Waluigi has made over 40 appearances since his debut, but Waluigi has never appeared in a Warioware game or any other Wario titles. He also didn't appear in Super Mario 64 DS or Mario Kart 7(for the former, Waluigi was rumored to be playable,but it turned out to be an April Fool's Joke(not a very funny one) due to that scenario taking place on April Fool's Day. For the latter,Waluigi Pinball appeared as a Retro Course,but Waluigi himself didn't appear, possibly got replaced with Metal Mario.) yet Wario did. I think Waluigi came from the place where the rest of the baby Mario characters came from; Yoshi's Island; though we've never seen Baby Waluigi before. Waluigi was born on Yoshi's Island soon after Baby Mario and Baby Luigi were born on Yoshi's Island,just like Baby Wario. When Baby Waluigi and the rest of the Babies grew up,they migrated over to the Mushroom Kingdom. That's my guess on where Waluigi came from.

If only, but Waluigi ended up being an assist Trophy in Brawl. WaluigiΒ was also very heavily requested for Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS/Wii U, but Masahiro Sakurai once again made him an assist Trophy.

I love the guy. He tries so hard but always fails, usually in a spectacularly hilarious fashion. Even in Brawl, despite not being playable, is still one of the best assist trophies you can get, a testimony to his awesomeness. The voice, the cheating, the attitude- he's very different from the other Mario characters. Waluigi seems like one of those characters that could easily star in some more mature type of game if given the chance.

Thanks. And no, this isn't based on his Melee trophy pose, it's a completely original (though very ordinary pose).
And I'm not a super huge, "I love him" kind of fan, I just find him awkwardly hilarious as a character. Plus he has an interesting story behind his name.
