The sky's color is my favorite part of this picture. That, and the icicles.

Nice composition.
There are alot of horizontal and vertical lines in this image that you don't see straight away. I think it gives and interesting effect.

wonderful array of icey blues. i like how they contrast with the beige tones in the building. also nice perspective and angles with the power lines and roof top.

the lighting is amazing! i love the subtle lines drawing to the bottom corner. Too bad the building wasn't a bit more attractive. Nice shot.

Love the colors in this one! How did you get them like that?
The lines and icicles are wonderful too (and the light!!).
But what really intrigues me is that it feels like in motion and still at the same time. The outside is in motion (I think the feeling comes from the angle/perspective and the cables) and the house - or whatever's inside those walls - is still. The world has stopped there - or at least it's separate from the outside, living at the pace of it's own. Wonderful

The process started with a long exposure shot RAW and converted with the color temperature moved down to 2000K...then level adjustments, a "false color infrared" filter, then a black and white processed version of the image overlayed on top of the color version with luminosity blending...then a couple layers of graduated curve and desaturation adjustments to finish it off.

it looks like you oversaturated the colours, and that give a nice effect on those spiky ices... cool tint too

I am confused as to what is going on with the light in this piece... the effect it has is great, i really like it. I just don't understand how that would work. Is it dodging or burning? Digital? Dark room? Any how, as usual, the subject matter and composition are rockin. kick ass. I would make up a story for it, but i am feeling drained and not up to it.

All lines of mystery converge in darkness and suspicion.
This does seem a little different for you. Turning to the dark side, you are.
Excellent work.

The icicles and the colour send the mind into a story of stiking realism, the angles sets a cold and maybe peculiar scenery and framing it all with white gives the sensation of being pulled into a story never told before. Congratulations for an exelent shot.

Great angle and very weird color scheme, but it gives it a cold and haunting/haunted look.
And iike the icicles are bars in front of the windows

i like the complementary colours of the brick and sky, nice angle too. gives it a real sense that there is something wrong.
