This is M4 Sherman. My tanker from the now sadly cancelled MMORPG, 'City of Heroes'.

Sherman was a tank crewman in WW2 whose tank was destroyed by German fire. With most of his body destroyed, Allied scientists were able to graft what was left of Sherman into an experimental suit of power-armor captured from the Nazis. Sherman would go on to become a member of the WW2 super-team called 'Allied Force'.

This figure was made from a Marvel Legends 'Mandroid' BAF and the head from a NECA 'Dutch' (from Predator) action figure.
