Definitely a good concept. All of the detail around the creature though is a bit unsettling to my eye. I'm finding it hard to stop and look at one thing because of it. My eyes are also trying to place some kind of texture on the feathers, because it seems like there isn't much.
Other then that--great job. Really love the idea.

now this is an interesting creature; i like how their seems to mini wings/eyes everywhere. the details are nicely bright and defined. i kinda want it as a pet.......i like its scaly feathers and the whole design for the monster. and where the mouth and mini arms are--very original. i praise you.
