This got crazier than the Earth boss, and this piece pretty much made me realize that I was going overboard with detail, in a bad way.And so one of this year's resolutions is to keep the details organized @__@

While you say you think you're going over the top with detail, it works quite well in this piece
A fire elemental is made out of fire, and fire is chaotic so it would be hard to tell out the form of it
Overall I think the detail levels make it hard to see the shape of it but for this subject works to a desirable effect

Now that's some wicked Fire elemental...
But many people said it too, and I must say that it sometimes it gets pretty confused. But not that confused like in the Earth-Elemental Boss lineart. O_O
Now one of those things comes in sight of my Warrior-Conjurer, I would piss my pants off. D:

Indeed overboarding with detail, but it's fitting the character, dude. It works pretty well with this fire elemental. God it must be absolutely psycho to fight this one.

Silly, your overdose of detail is what makes the Wen style, the Wen style!
You should probably make the outlines thicker for the person/beast/thing himself though, so he really stands out. If you even get what I mean.

Eets soo bright! took a few seconds for my eyes to focus/adjust, but it was well worth it, the details r insane as usual and the colours make this guy stand out, awesome job!

I think that if some parts of the creature's body was covered by rocks/ground or some other ground element, your -GoD_LiKe- details would look more hot! Think of a ground/rock-made-armor for your creature... its toooo hot!

I love the intense colors. It's so very intense, I seriously can't look at it for too long; the color and the minute detail cause my eyes to start watering a bit after a few seconds.
I'd love to have this as a desktop background. Mind if I take a few creative liberties with it toward that end? I think I'd need to tone down the color a bit before I could handle it.

hehe yhis looks aswome, but i have only one critic and its not only for this one XD look at the detail u gave to the creature itself, its amazing i first looked at it and got a litle bit confused, but it's for sure very defined, i can see the arms, the legs, thorse head, even the tail, but i think something u do in every draw/with back ground) is that u give to the bg the same expression and detail as the main thingn(creature in this case), the blur u started to do back on the ground, i think u should start it a bit earlier, so that the thing that come most out of the image is the creature, leaving the ground as secondary. just what i think, that u can say its bs XD but since i love ur draws, and lots of times come to ur gallery to take a look in hope to have some inspiration, i would like to let my opinion 
anyway, good work, keep it going
