This got crazier than the Earth boss, and this piece pretty much made me realize that I was going overboard with detail, in a bad way.And so one of this year's resolutions is to keep the details organized @__@

I think your best friend for detailed work is line-weight. But this is amazing already ;3; It's what makes your style so unique and recognizable <3 The amount of effort and detail you put to your work is astounding.

I don't see why you say you should be detail-organized... I personally love the amount of details you put into your works, I have ever since I first joined DA when it was still just your Angel and Demon series.
This is simply amazing. I love the colors and the detailing, makes you actually look at the picture. Fire isn't supposed to be perfect and structural... or else it simply wouldn't be fire. I think you display the wildness and depth, the complexity the element actually has so well.
You keep blowing me away with every new deviation, and this one is no different. ^--^

your stuff is always really really neat, but it seems to me you use too many premade brushes/textures, or make your own and use them too much

Your art is waaaay too spectacular to believe, and you never cease to make my head flip upside-down and my eyes to start spinning @_@.... In such a good way.

I agree with you on the detail - detail is a good way to draw attention to certain parts of the picture, but when it is overused it can just confuse the eye, making the picture hard to view. I normally like the detail of your pictures, but I think you should use it more strategically.

I personally love how detailed you art is, its a very rare thing which helps add to the originality. it really makes you work so mcuh more interesting. Dont lose it
