If he's a Technician that bokken could break down walls with the proper techniques. I can see it now, some guard saying, "It's just a stick..." right before his head slowly falls off his shoulders as the badass walks away.

I like the small details ... like the blood traces on the bottom of the coat.

If the stick is supposed to be a bokken then it should have a round grip and a rounded katana edge to it...it looks too much like a plain piece of 2x4.

You said "mega-powerful NPC" and I thought "Hm....could it be ?" took a glimpse into the "Gaia"-Sourcebook which said "He appears as a young man with long white
hair and dark eyes. He always wears the same white
trench coat, which is slightly rugged and worn with
the passage of years." and...yup....fits perfectly...its "him"

I like the weapon he has, considering I can't see a draw line, I'm assuming the is a Bokkun. The overall character design is awesome though.
