I myself Havent heard of this creature before drawing her. They are supposed to be spirits in the woods, known to sing and known to teach people to sing. but also known for their sad songsthis was fun.
she is sitting on her very long tail.

those are actually really typical in norwegian fairy tales 
they were beautiful women who lured young men and brought them under their spell. When they showed the men their tail was when they became spellbound, and then huldra would bring them to the underworld

Gotta be one hell of a strong tail, I mean, she doesn't look like she'd weigh much, but it's really thin...almost like it wouldn't support her...I'd hate to get hit by it, XD
In any event, I think I'm drawn to this one particularly from a musical perspective. The lyre is very well done, and the intricate patterns on the wood are magnificient, as well as the flower tuning pegs, adding a nice, floral touch to it

you make uldras look nice, in the book of gnomes they are a little bit more feral and robust. I like your concept better.

if you dont mind a bit of crit, sicne i mean... im not the best artist to walk the earth, but an observation is that often your faces look a bit off
you do an amazing job with the colorign and lineart, dont get me wrong, theyre all awsome... but it almost seems like you do the faces, but then almost cut and paste them onto the heads... thats sounds a bit harsh, or maybe overly critical, but the almost seem off center, or maybe even "too" centered...
for instance it almost looks like her mouth nose and eyes might fit better a tad lower on the face
i hope you dont mind me saying this, but it was just an observation i felt i should share with you?

This is kickin. I've never seen lily of the valley used like this and it really is awesome. Generally all you see it on is china and stuff like that, and who is interested in that really. My first and middle name literally mean lily of the valley and it's great to finally see the flower used in someway that's actually interesting and worth looking at. I absolutely love it.
