When I first saw the full size pictured, I thought of the Gaia online Easter Bunny [link] 
This design to me seems more mechanical, and robot like compared with Hazael, but it's still so beautiful.
I'm not sure why ... but I really like the white ring infront. I guess it's because I imagine that he's casting some kind of spell, and that in the next second, send a beam flying at the enemy. Just seems so cool to me.
