If I may allow myself a critic, the positions are very static. The coloring and anatomy are splendid and unique, as your style always is, but the pose does not suggest the dynamism the scene would imply. That is especially true for her.

It is beautifully done, but the characters lack dynamic poses, especialy the girl, it should be more....ummmmm Dynamic like out there action angled and such, gives more of an interesting view for the eye

You probably already know this, but her pose looks pretty stiff.
But I assume that you want to show the details of her outfit?

I really love that you're trying some more actiony scenes, Wen. But my lone nitpick with this piece comes in the form of the woman's bent leg. It looks a whole lot shorter then the axe-kicking leg to me, even in spite of the general bent-ness of it.
That said, I love how long and lanky the woman is overall, and the outfits are as creative and finely detailed as ever. Also, the guys' outfits don't look all that flat to me, but perhaps it's the pattern of the clothing. It can sometimes be difficult to add depth to darker-colored clothing.

It's not just that the kicking leg is too long, like people have already mentioned. The arms are also way too long, especially the one around the ninja. Also, head could be bigger.
The ninjas look pretty great though.
