Although this is great I have to say the girl's expression doesn't fit the theme at all. She looks like some orgasmic possessed bondage crazed chick. I think a serious focused looking woman would show it off more. Power, not weakness if you catch my drift. She can still look sexy without looking like she just humped the poor creature's back!

No I think she is the monster like in one of his other pictures he did something like this but it was easier to see that the the monster and the lady were one. I don't know if you've seen this pic before but this is what I mean.

Whoa, this is mega intricate. Almost too much so. There's no contrast between the parts you want us to focus on. Everything has the same amount of detail except for a minor blur on the background. Its hard to tell if any of that crazy stuff is attached to her, is her limbs, attached to the monster, or what.
