The whole piece is very, very lovely, but I find that the hair really detracts from it. Everything else is polished, fully fleshed out, and the hair seems sort of rushed.
(Hair also tends to be my favorite part of most portraits, and I know how hard it is to render in water.)
Still on my list of faves, but weighing in my 2 cents.
