I bet that was a bitch to sketch out, though, what with planning how the number ran backward and drawing them to look upside down and all.

the way you draw armour is mesmorizing. I especially like the hilt of that dagger (and like, ALL of your weapon designs I suppose; if they were real, I'd learn weaponry just to use them)

Beautiful concept and well executed too. I think though that the transition on the face is too harsh. It seems like the radius of the sword's abilities are not gradual as they should be. I think you should have chosen the young/old effect to be at the same angle with the sword and dragging a bit diagonally towards the left side of his face (his left side) to make it look more gradual rather than straight down the middle of his face. That's my opinion at least.
