it is one of the biggest cities, no? if you want to know some people from there, i believe i have a few friends close to there...in the past year, i have found a few Lithuanian friends here. XD

That's right, it's the capital and is the biggest city here - according to Lithuanian standards - with its population of 600.000 :}} I can't compare this to my home town with less than 6000 inhabitants..
I remember you mentioning your Lithuanian friends some time ago, I bet they are all artists too ;]
