Their expressions make me think of two of my characters from a story I'm working on. Hiko (the guy) is all dark and serious (also has angel wings, only he has 3 pairs because of a curse that combined his body with that of a fallen seraphim, making them two souls in one body) Okane is playful and always trying to make Hiko lighten up (eventually she may get wings the same way Hiko does). Maybe I'm completely misreading the expressions, but it's a great piece, as always.
