he looks hot, but there's something about him that makes him look unbalanced. he looks as if he might topple over. he'd look more comfortable upside-down on his head to be honest ... hmm, yes, he needs more weight on his legs ... they look kinda ... boney (well, duh). see how you got heaps of stuff all on his top: wings, torso, horns and everything else that sorta sticks out of him. well, you gotta put, maybe, a bigger amount of dark solid color below him, so he doesn't look so uncomfortable the right way up. maybe extend that sexy skirt or something?
but it looks very good still ... in a sorta toppled-over way ... kinda.

awesome outfit, nice coloring. the only thing, i can see as possible for some corrections here, is the asimetry of the left and right wing, but to tell the truth - it isn't very visible at first sight...

Well, why not? Bones are cool and interesting. I love the idea that his lower body is only bones. Very cool design. Hopefully you will draw a new demon soon, 'cause I looooove these!
