However, I do not draw them directly from their descriptions. I am using their myth as inspiration to design a modern character. Very often you might not see any link at all
, my mind travels far from the original idea sometimes.

You have no idea how happy this picture makes me...I roleplay a lot and my char is supposed to be linked to fenrir but this is so close to what I imagined in my mind it actually freaked me out to see this.

This has to be my favorite of your entire collection. I even used it as the illustration for a character I used in an RPG called Exalted. The feathers may throw me off from the image of a giant wolf monster, but I'm absolutely dying to see it.

You know d00d, usually I just stalk you...I figure you get a billion faves already, what's one more? But every once in awhile you draw something that makes me go "OMG I NEED to impliment some of those aspects into my own characters" so I faves it because I always want an easy way to reference it. This is one of those. It's just plain flippin sweet. I love the leather etching on the armor and his pockets mainly. I hope you don't kill me if I take a few hints from this character and weasel their way into my own drawings. You are indeed one crazy asian!

I find it curious that if they had just left Fenrir alone he probably would have more than likely sided with the Gods. Irony never ceases to amaze me. An excellent job with color, although originally I was reminded of a Phoenix rather than a wolf, and design. I especially love the detail on his armor.

he doesn't remind me of a wolf, but he's still very fierce and beautiful looking. I love the leather coat, the thin highlight you put along the seams, and the pale 'undershadow' has such a nice effect. Yummy
