The concept was, he is tall and wise.So hes tall, and has a book (wise...hahahah)
2 hour drawing, 2 hour coloring, i had a hard time coming up with a color scheme. i still dont like the colors for the outfit much but i liked the wings.

Honestly there are some of your designs that I can't help but use when I imagine the angels and demons and this is definatly one of them. It captures all the subtle emotion that's nessisary of the Metatron without losing the rather stoic feel that defines him as the scribe and, sometimes, voice of God. It's just magnificent, I'd expect nothing less from the second YHWH.

Does this follow the Metatron myth that Enoch, grandfather of Noah, was taken up to Heaven without dying and given said name (as found in the Book of Enoch)? Interesting and lovely work nontheless.

the colors amaving! don't worry about it the scheme is verry good, but if you used a lighter color scheme, maybe white and blue or something goes with the "wise" a little bit better
