Not really. I've seen some healthy girls with those legs. They're tall and have thin legs, but they usually don't have that much breast. But nowadays plastic surgery easily change that aspect.

Generally I love your work, though something about this image seems very off to me. I'm not sure, but it might be the amount of straight lines and symmetry you've got going on, it's a little jarring. The figures seem outlandishly tall, especially for the size of the carriage they stepped out of. The wheels for the carriage as well - it seems weird how they stopped with all of the spokes creating perfect angles like that. As usual, I LOVE the detail you've got going on, nobody matches you when it comes to amazing detail and simple thoroughness in your work, but those little things just make this particular piece a bit jarring to look at.
The way the woman is looking DIRECTLY at the viewer, standing stock straight, while the other figures in the image have more natural poses is odd too. Like I said, I love your work, king of detail and powerful, vibrant colors. This just threw me off some.
