That's awesome! Try thinking about a title that has something to do with arctic, glacier, ice, snow, or something similar that has something to do with cold... But I don't think ice cream-related things are proper....
And you've thought about all of this already, right? T_T I'm always late....

I think the head is fine. It's a bit out of proportion, but your style is a bit less realistic, and her head seems a nice size for your style.
...That was meant to be a nice comment...if it sounds bad, I'm sorry 
THe colors are very nice, and the concept reminds me of the DragonLance series...can't think of a particular character it reminds me of.

I really love the colors you use m'dear. They're so soft, and yet bold at the same time. I literally spent an hour sitting here trying to figure out how you pulled that off *laughs* The costume design is wonderful, as is the consistancy of the wind blowing... everything. And you and those feisty expressions! you're so good at making her have *personality* not just another scantily clad chick, but one with a sense of humor! Or something *laughs* All in all I like it.
