Description
Something I've been dabbling with. Right after I made Kingdom Key D., I went on a camping trip with some Heathen friends, and one person named Jeremy Paul was making a woven chain. He noticed I was watching, and he said if I wanted to try it out, he had a couple pounds of aluminium rings in his truck. So I dabbled a a bit, and I ended up making a bracelet. Everyone agreed that I'd be pretty good at it, so when I got home, I ordered a pound of rings, and through a bit of idea sparking, I came up with this! It's based on the pattern for Kandi Bead masks: [link] It's basically the same concept as Chainmaille, so I tried it, and it worked out! Next I'll be working with colored rings so I can make it a Sub-Zero Mask. It's gonna be good.Related content

I agree with Byzantine84, TheRingLord is fabulous for Chain Maille supplies. Maybe have a go at Scale Maille, looks awesome!

I'd check out TheRingLord, he usually has the best prices for rings on the net, and offers thousands of different varieties. Nice first piece.

That was my first choice, but they were out of the gauge I was looking for at the time, so I had to buy from Etsy unfortunately.

Thanks very much! I got them from Etsy. I was going to get them from Ring Lord, but the ones I wanted were out of stock.

Good ol' Etsy. Off topic but I really like your perler bead patterns. Too bad you can't team up with people and make them.

I usually make my own or use sprites/pixel art. I haven't exactly found the need to team up. ^_^

I do as well. I actually made an 8 piece resin coaster set for my game room. What I meant was, too bad talented perler bead artists like you can't team up and make an epic creation of the century. With talent like yours, I too don't see the need for you to team up with anyone else. Nonetheless, good work mate!

Thanks! I think it's pretty good for a first shot. The colored pattern one is going to look a lot better. ^_^
