Why are people getting butthurt over this? It looks like that guy on the ground got attack and the others are killing the wolf that got him, I see nothing wrong with this

My sympathies are all with the wolf.

What about the things the wolves may have killed?

Healehwolf In reply to RainUndead [2013-06-25 21:29:22 +0000 UTC]

All things need to eat . My sympathies would be with them, too, if they were featured in the picture as the main target for slaughter.

What if it was wolves slaughtering 70 sheep without eating them?

Cosmic--Chaos In reply to RainUndead [2013-07-17 01:37:26 +0000 UTC]

There's no point to that. And I doubt the wolves do that.

But dolphins kill for fun, though, and so do cats.

How are the hunters, or people in general, better in this case?

In that general time era, wolves were hunted, not solely because of livestock threat, but because of superstition and religion.

RainUndead In reply to Healehwolf [2013-06-26 03:39:13 +0000 UTC]

Humans are capable of thought and feeling. Of course when we hunt, we do so not to inflict pain or suffering. Wolves have no such Morales, obviously.

In that time frame, yes. But even so, it could have easily been needed as it is today

We appear to have different opinions on animal and humanoid emotions.

Let's just leave it at that.

xHavick, you're sad because you can't even write a coherent sentence.

Healehwolf In reply to DawnSentinel [2013-05-08 02:58:06 +0000 UTC]

Makes a lot more sense than you. Any death is sad. Just because it's a wolf doesn't automatically make slaughter ok.

DawnSentinel In reply to Healehwolf [2013-05-08 03:25:34 +0000 UTC]

Yup, I'm sure the death of a dictator is a terrible thing. Oh poor Mao, who killed 45 Million people...

Healehwolf In reply to DawnSentinel [2013-05-08 14:30:11 +0000 UTC]

PFFFT Death of a dictator. Oh I'm SURE the wolf was Hitler in an earlier life! That seems SO legit! (Sense the note of sarcasm and try to come up with an answer before babbling nonsense.)

What did I say? Do you actually believe that wolves are just reincarnated Sadists or did I misinterpret that?

DawnSentinel In reply to Healehwolf [2013-05-09 01:28:00 +0000 UTC]

You said "Any death is sad".

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Healehwolf In reply to DawnSentinel [2013-05-09 14:39:26 +0000 UTC]

Any death is sad. It's still a death, no matter ho it is inflicted on, especially if everyone knows the dead person is going to go to hell. Like Mao. And Hitler. And Stalin. It might cause feelings of relief, but in the end there's going to be someone out there who's sad.

DawnSentinel In reply to Healehwolf [2013-05-09 15:42:30 +0000 UTC]

Ever hear the term "for the greater good"? We live in an imperfect world, nothing is black and white. In some cases death is a good thing if it will save more people from suffering. I don't mourn the death of a malaria bearing mosquito for one thing.

the wolf's head looks a bit small to me compared to his body :/ but very nice art none the less :3, I can kinda understand why some people here would be upset that the wolf is being hunted, but i suppose if you show a deer being hunted/killed they probably wouldn't care ... nobody loves poor bambi lol

The age of the comment does not make it slowly fade away over time, Smart One. It will remain likely forever unless the owner of the page hides it. You need help. People don't celebrate the death of some animal. Unless it helped them. Like fed them. You are just celebrating death in general.

Grow up.

That is true: Romulus and Remus was raised by wolf. The one on the drawing is rather wolf beast from deep forest of Germania.

The head the wolf seems a bit small for the body, but the proportions and the poses are perfect on the people.
