Finally I'm finished with my first commissioned work forI've been sick for more than a week, almost 2 weeks, and i am still feeling a bit under the weather right as of today; i had this severe bacterial throat infection, it was frickin hell! breathing was hell, drinking water was torture, it was so painful that i could not remember the events that transpired in the past days, maybe i'll talk about it in my journal.
Anyway, i hope she likes this and it's worth every cent.

Very nice! You have got to post a tutorial on how you do your detailing.

i used to think that there's a specific way to do it, but there's really not a definite way to do detailing, it really depends on your understanding and preference and how you interact with the piece..it's kinda like following your heart..all the tutorials can do is only provide references and insight on how each artist attack a drawing..then you just try to find yourself through them.
but it's a good idea though, maybe i'll try posting something sometime.
