RULES:

All open for members of Creature-Crossing only!
Group currency [bells], Paypal, and dA points accepted!
Art can be used on villager application with credit!
Buyer will be noted an individual file!
To allow others a chance to purchase guest designs if you have purchased a guest design from myself during the month of April you are not allowed to purchase or bid these!
You cannot offer if you recently won a raffle either!
Upon agreement of purchase, you may not sell or trade said villager to any other member of the group and must notify myself or another member of the mod team and they will handle how it will be redistributed back into the group, either through flat sale, auction, OTA, DTA, raffle or otherwise.
Member caught breaking rules above will be prohibited from purchasing designs [Flat Sale, Auction, OTA, DTA, Raffle, etc] from myself for three months.
Members must reference villager and have submitted one piece of art they've drawn of the design into the group before being allowed to purchase another, even if a month has passed after their last purchase. Anyone caught trying to bypass this rule either through trades, having other members purchase it for you, or letting go of the design before your cooldown is up will be in violation and unable to purchase guest designs from myself for an undetermined amount of time.
If you read the above rule and agree, there is no one password this time. You must include the adopt's title, exactly word for word, in your offer/claim comment in order to count. Caps don't matter but comments that omit 100% complete titles will not count, I wanna hear you say it
