thats image gave me a tip to me make bricks but I was doing some tests with plaster but dry fast. Do plaster work very well ?

I use common vinyl glue, then I fill the joints with cement. Last step, a coat of transparent varnish (sometimes smeared with cement while still fresh to give to the wall a "dirty" look)

Are the bricks fully cured at the time of cutting or is there still a touch of moisture left?
I was wondering if a lot of breakage happens.

No, they're totally dry and strong enough. Consider that the size is very small, is not easy to break them.

I'm testing now a new kind of bricks made cutting old real clay bricks into slices with a saw... it's a whole new level in my mental disease
