That'll be a tough call, Gogeta is weaker than Vegito, so perhaps it'll be a bit more evenly matched.

I think Gogeta would probably win, isn't he on the same level as Vegito? Only difference is he has 30 minutes to get the job done before defusing.
This would have been awesome to see in the actual show (he does however fuse inside of Buu in Dragon Ball Online), Goku does suggest fusion to Vegeta saying its temporary and its only for 30 minutes but Vegeta declines.

definatly so, i know vegito is meant to be stronger but if he could take buu at ssj theres no way gogeta would lose if he went ssj3

..and if it is only a one on one fight, both Vegeta and or Goku will have a very very (exaggeration intended) hard time against Buuhan..tsk hehe they really need a fusion of sort
