To be honest I'm more into the buildup than the event itself, but one can assume it'd be FUCKING HUGE

but like, I really wanna work with good sound effects on the buildup, if I worked an animation of it, like the sound of liquid sloshing inside something but also a tautness, and of course her moans as she tries to keep it in.

Also the face is important.

And possibly some small preliminary farts may occur that sneak through before the major event as the pressure from the gas build up increases...
