I agree with what said. Also: I like the straining/effort/sound effects and all that stuff. It adds a lot of emotion to the growth.
The uneven growth in the preview pics is something not seen too often too
I also prefer the growth to be a focus - making it a very sizable portion of the comic as opposed to it being kept to 2-3 pages out of like 15.

I agree wit Neko--kun on focus. Also, not for the growth too happen to quickly, where the woman goes from waif to huge in two panels. It's nice to see the growth happening over the course of several pages and panels. Close-ups are also nice, where there is a focus on a specific body part undergoing changes (like the chest, or back, or biceps).
Edit: Oh, and about your style... I'm definitely hoping for things to get out of hands, where the character is getting bigger, and oh! even bigger and, oh my lord! even bigger!! There are some good artists out there but most have a threshold of how big they can draw women... you're not one of them. So what I'd like out of a Maxflax comic is that "no threshold, pretty frickin' huge and downright improbably large" FMG.

For me it's all about facial expressions that fir the different types of fmg. Also I prefer a small amount of thick veins before a large amount of normal veins. Tight clothes are also a big win especially when growing boobs get pushed up by growing pecs and a shirt turn into a bikini.
