Drew this years back, when Disney bought Marvel, and never got around to posting it. I still think it was pretty weird.Currently digging through my old files, for things that can be cleaned up and posted.

Yeah, Disney buying Marvel comics was REALLY weird when it first happened, I was worried they'd totally ruin them...Things seem to be alright so far though...Despite hearing they killed off the Human Torch and Reed Richards had steadily progressed into an "asshole persona" of sorts I hear
I tend to follow DC more closely though

I tend to lean more towards DC too, partly because of my budget, but even there I'm mostly reading only Green Lantern books. The re-whathaveyou has jaded me to the others a little bit.

Actually it's awesome that Disney kept Marvel working alone ( unlike Warner who just control everything about DC now) so thank to that we didn't get Spider-Micky Mouse.

Well, I'm not saying that they screwed it up or anything, I was simply capturing the moment when it first happened, that collective sense of "what the fuck?" We all felt it, and for many of us it wasn't a matter of good or bad, it was just confusing.
