Tools: Photoshop CS, Graphire4, and my dress as reference (Bought this lovely white dress which I planned to wear for Christmas, but ended up wearing another dress...
But I'll wear it on New Year's Eve... )----------

It's really nice.
The colors are so warm, and it looks great with these flowers flying arround her. Maybe the shading on the dress are a bit strange but anyway that's just detail. Good job !

i love the colours! (pink, blue, and white are my favourite colours) this picture is nicely shaded and you added beautiful elements/motifs.
but i think this picture can be improved. because there is so much details and vibrant colours (both in the bg and foreground) it attracts the attention of the eye, it becomes hard to look at at first. a way to avoid this while keeping the textures and details intact is to lower the opacity of the bg. this creates depth perception and it give more emphasis on the foreground.
a background shouldn't be fighting for the same attention as a foreground, it should be setting up the stage to amplify the main focus.

This is really nice. I especially like the colours and the whole atmosphere. I'm not sure if the colour of the hair is too dark and sharp for the picture but on the other hand is good to have contrast. Very good job in its entirety!
