Tools: Photoshop CS, Graphire4, and my dress as reference (Bought this lovely white dress which I planned to wear for Christmas, but ended up wearing another dress...
But I'll wear it on New Year's Eve... )----------

My left (Her right) hand looks cut off. Don't shy away from drawing the hands, it would add a lot to the picture.

ooo i love the colors the dress and the wings, the sparkles here and there make the picture more soft and nice. but i really enjoyed the silky texture you managed to achieve while coloring her dress, good job

really nice composition and colors and nice details, although if you'd like to receive some critics then one hand is a bit too much undetailed and the skirt is strangely shaded, try imagine her legs beyond

Actually, the dress does look like that! The hems of the dress are gathered in several places and are oddly sewed together, thus the oddly formed shadows. (Apparently, this style is rather popular in Asian fashion.
