Celeste in her uniform~ I wanted to incorporate her scarf in her outfit so I had to lower it down a little to see the brooch ;w; hopefully I got everything here! I was also practicing more lineless art and I think I'm gettin' better~~ The uniform is so cute, I could never get it right until now and I'm so happy ahhh ;w;EDIT: added a little background for funnsies~~ <3
