Sorry about that. It hurt mine too and I had to listen to it a bunch because of Flash freezing and acting like its possessed.
Only drawings and my voice are mine. The majority of the backgrounds, filters, green tea and bonzi buddy clearly aren't.
But wowzers guys just put headbobbing and wacky arm movements and some edgy/emo scenes with some sparkledogs then you'll have your own original furry maymay

Animation memes are just a way to make animations without having to put in the effort of actual animation, a story, or original ideas.
People always say "It's just practice!!" But what kind of practice are you gonna get when all you're doing is
A: Copying other people's original animations
or
B: Just making a bunch of sporadic movements in a piss poor attempt to communicate some kind of "story"
Also, to test if an animation is good, mute it! If it's still pretty interesting without audio, then congrats! Success!
If it's boring and dreary because the only interesting part of your animation was some music that you didn't even make, then congrats! Your animation stinks.
Ps: No hate for (most) people that make them. I mostly just hate the animations themselves, some scummy people in the community, and the message they send to young aspiring animators.

Not that tweening appeals to people, but it's just an easier/lazier way to animate! Especially if people have to live, breath and shit out animations a day to get popularity.

I really love one old meme that was like...Stark Raving Mad. It was really cool, and the ones Lupis made before, like the 'Waiting by the phone" One was really clever. I enjoyed it.
Some of them are really basic though and it doesn't feel as creative. The typical head bobbing memes are easy and all, but sometimes some of them look so alike I can't tell one meme from another.
On the bright side though, some memes lead me to discovering some really cool music and groups.
