This is so cute and pretty!! Aaa I love it! You do water effects really nicely, especially with that hair! And the colors and freckles are spot on... love the little orange scales/freckles where the tail meets the skin!
Also, the more I look at it, those blue fins are too perfect... We’ll just pretend that they were in the initial design all along, just... very clear.... >.>;
