Mwahahaha! I made a Boku no Hero Academia OC!

Personality:
Rei is pretty chill, though she likes to put on a cocky attitude if she's nervous. While her Quirk isn't overly strong, she's working at putting it to its most effective use. She can be a bit lazy in other studies, but is a perfectionist when it comes down to figuring out her technique. Her most common thing to be heard saying is "It's not ready yet!"

Quirk: Reaction
Rei's Quirk is like a hyperactive spider-sense. It doesn't matter how much or little planning goes into an attack, if something's coming at her she can sense it. The mostly noticeable sign of her quirk going into action is her hair raising, so she keeps it deliberately messy to throw others off (plus then she doesn't have to bother brushing it).
When she first started using her Quirk in combat situations, she could sense the attack coming and know how to avoid it, but had a hard time getting her body to react fast enough. In her third year now, she has trained her body to react with enough speed to dodge, then counter. Only incredibly fast opponents can actually land a hit on her at this level, and even then she knows it's coming, and if she can't avoid it, she can at least brace for it.

Costume:
The main outfit is fairly straight-forward, tight enough not to snag, but with enough flexibility to move fast. The bandages on her arms and legs hide most of her hair, but also work in case she needs to do some on-the-field first-aid. The shades dim her vision so that she can focus better on reacting, and the metal claws and steel toes allow her counter-attacks to really pack some heat. Her belt is a heavy metal/fabric that she can use as a weapon if needed as well.
